Congratulations to coach Pavan Sulibhavi for completing level 3 professional certification from CoachED, a prestigious Cricket coaching academy by Gary Kirsten (former South African Test Cricketer, 1993-2004). Pavan is also an ICC certified coach, a founding member and a partner of Minnesota Youth Cricket Academy (MYCA). Gray Kirsten's CoachED Level 3 certification is an 8-week course compiled and presented through a comprehensive 11 modules across the full spectrum of cricket coaching. It aims to challenge the thinking of the participants through a series of interactions, resources, discussions and assignments to equip coaches with a holistic understanding of coaching at the professional level. This includes not only enhancing cricketing knowledge with insights from some of the best coaches and players in the game but also equips coaches with the ability to communicate and connect with players and systems around them and to lead successful teams.
